The Italian Riviera (Liguria) is less than an hour's drive from Case Marchini. The coastline between the French border and the Greater Genoa area is a narrow, picturesque seam between the mountains and the sea. On the shores of the valleys and on the flanks of the mountains, famous seaside resorts like San Remo, Bordighera and Alessio crowd the area, but also former fishing and farming villages like Cervo, Noli, Varigotti or Finale Ligure with beautiful bays and beaches for swimming, surfing or sailing.
Sailing
In spring, autumn and winter there are ideal wind conditions for sailors. But even in the summer months sailing is fun with a fresh and mild breeze.
Surfing
The coast of Liguria also looks good for surf fans. The bays that interrupt the cliffs of Liguria are real surf spots. For beginners there are several surf schools along the coast of Liguria.
