The Cherasco Golf Club is located just outside the ancient city of Cherasco. Caves

In Piedmont, about 2000 caves have been recorded in the cadastre so far. The most important cave areas are south of Cuneo in the large limestone massifs of Marguareis and Monte Mongione. There are also wonderful thermal resorts in the region - some of which are connected to caves.

The Bossea Cave is 836 metres above sea level and is located in the Corsaglia Valley in the municipality of Frabosa Soprana. It is one of the most impressive and important caves in Italy. The cave is worth visiting for its size, its picturesque structures and its impressive wealth of flowing and falling waters.

Baths

The thermal baths in Piedmont are famous in Europe. Many of the spas look back on a centuries-old tradition. Even the Romans appreciated the healing waters that gushed warmly from the ground in many places in northern Italy.
South of Alessandria is Acqui Terme. Not only valuable thermal springs but also healing mud were found here. Between Alba and Asti there is Agliano Terme, which is known for its special mineral water composition and has a wide range of wellness offers. Le Terme di Lurisia near Mondovi is exclusive. It was founded in the first half of the 20th century and was initially visited only by representatives of the nobility. Today the resort offers sophisticated massages and balneological centres. There is also a thermal grotto.
