Places of interests The Liguran Riviera Tastings

The hilly landscapes of the Alta Langa, Langhe, Roero and Monferrato have for many centuries been emblematic of the tradition of viticulture, the cultivation of nuts, the production of incomparable cheeses and a particularly excellent cuisine. Slow Food, the Italian response to food, began in the 1980s in the town of Bra, not far from our Case Marchini site. Enjoyment is at the forefront of food, is the philosophy, and the regional cuisine using local products from local production should be preserved.
